Room was a great value. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. It was a 4-star hotel in every way.
-
Planned to see Las Vegas major attractions and it was convenient base for visiting all of them. Got the same king studio booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. Their valet is the best! The customer service was friendly too.
-
the setting was easy walk to rojo lounge and other tourist destinations. no reason to complain. food is amazing.
-
It is not in the tower of the casino, so there was no smell, no noise, I asked for a high room, very nice view, the best option to go with children allergic to cigarettes and carpet, close but not so close to the atrium, an oasisvenbel in the middle of chaos, very quiet
Cleaning, bathroom smells like pipes, a little maintenance is missing, the ceiling was cracked

Great room
Deposit charge, delay in unlocking

The hotel had great facilities. We liked the location as it was not in the middle of La Streep but (for my taste excessively noisy) but close to it for visiting. The spa and pool facilities were great
Nothing, everything was to our liking
-
The Jacuzzi
An expensive price and no breakfast
-
the incredible view from the room. The cleanliness
A little far from the strip, but we were driving
-
Good location for exploring the Las Vegas area. Not as "hectic" as on the stripe
Housekeeping called 30 minutes before checkout to ask when we're leaving. To my question why the room was not cleaned the day before I only got excuses.

The room was very large and very well equipped, i.e. large living area with couch and TV, sleeping area with TV, kitchen with a large refrigerator and bathroom with shower, bathtub, even a small TV and enough storage space.
Unfortunately the room was already very worn out. Some furniture could be replaced here.
-
bathtub/shower not so clean
-
Nice room with all facilities, friendly reception, good view, everything clean

Excellent hotel. Great view to the Strip. In the evening you can sit in your room and see the lights in front of you. I belive any other hotel in Las Vegas has such an excellent view. Huge room with Tv and kitchenette, including a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with a big jaquzzi bath. On the second floor swimmingpool with sunbeds & towels. Direct connection to the Palms, where you can find casinos, cinema, buffet.Everything just perfect in this hotel and its a very quiet hotel, compare with other hotels. Fast check in and out.
Balcony doors are looked, so I couldn't do a photo from the balcony.

The size of the room. For a family of 4-adults it was great, however the hidabed could have a better mattress. We enjoyed the kitchenette and the 2- bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool and friendliness there and at Simons Resturant. A note to housekeeping, thanks for the quick responce on fixing the ground fault plugins for the toaster and coffee maker.
We still like to travel as a family and have a limited budget, as mentioned previously 2- real beds as opposed to 1 and a hidabed would have been great.

Wonderful view on the strip and very friendly staff. We stayed here after traveling the different canyons and mostly wanted to relax. We were not really up for casino style evenings and/or parties and then the palms is actually quite perfect. We were on the 50th floor and had a great view on the strip and a fabulous room. I think if you really want to be part of the strip however, you might consider booking on the strip itself. But otherwise, this hotel is really amazing (the plush on the bed was awesome!)
